PSY612: Counseling Children

Counseling Children teaches the student an understanding of the principles of childhood development. The course includes a textbook and workbook. In Counseling Children, Drs. Byrd and Warren provide instruction and encouragement to the Christian Counselor who seeks to minister to the developmental, emotional and spiritual needs of children.

The primary goal of this course is to teach students how to help approach issues of difficulty with children, to understand their development, and how to help them navigate challenges.
