PSY665: Counseling for PTSD

Counseling for PTSD addresses proper methods for helping clients find peace and freedom when dealing with the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The course includes a textbook and workbook. Counseling for PTSD also helps students better understand the factors of trauma in various forms and helps the student approach individuals struggling with PTSD from a Christ-centered perspective.

The primary goal of this course is to teach pastoral counselors how to effectively minister to the needs of those who are struggling with issues of PTSD.
