PSY633: Counseling for Unplanned Pregnancy & Infertility

Counseling for Unplanned Pregnancy and Infertility teaches the student how to help clients move past the challenges they face in regards to reproductive health. The course includes a textbook and workbook. Counseling for Unplanned Pregnancy and Infertility is divided into three sections: 1) it explains how to conceptualize the problem and help the family 2) how to deal with pregnancies that too early (i.e. teenage pregnancies, pregnancies before marriage, and pregnancies too soon after another birth), and 3) pregnancies that are too late or never occur.

The primary goal of this course is to teach students how to help clients struggling in the area of pregnancy and infertility.
